The British are coming! … to Haddonfield, NJ.

The Skirmish and a host of related activities will return to Haddonfield, NJ, on Sat, June 3, 2023. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Indian King Tavern and will include a History Faire hosted by the Rising Sun Lodge Masonic Temple. Stephen will discuss what drew him to creative writing in the first place, what motivates him, and what inspired him to write this book in particular. He will explore several of the book's many themes as he reads selected excerpts from the book. Attendees will be able to submit questions via Zoom's chat feature.

The session will be moderated by David R. Bowne, Ph.D. Environmental Sciences, author, and Assoc Professor at Elizabethtown College, PA.

The Historic and Scenic Preservation Committee of Gloucester Township will be hosting the second annual South Jersey Historical Faire on the grounds of the historic 1756 Gabriel Daveis Tavern Museum on June 11, 2022. As a local author I will be joining other organizations and authors to celebrate south Jersey’s historical past.

The Skirmish on the highway and a host of related events will return to Haddonfield, NJ, on June 4, 2022. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Indian King Tavern and will include a Colonial Historical Faire hosted by the Haddonfield Masonic Temple. Festivities begin at 9 a.m., with The Skirmish beginning at 2 p.m. Benjamin Franklin himself will make an appearance at the Masonic Temple at 10:30 a.m.!

Indie Author Day at the Bridgeton Public Library!

The Bridgeton Public Library will be hosting a meet-and-greet event of local independent authors on Saturday, November 13, from 1 to 4 PM. Yours truly will be participating!

Each author will have a meet-and-greet space with their book(s) for sale. Light refreshments will also be provided.

If street parking is full, there is a parking lot on Bank St Extension between Commerce and Broad (Rt 49) behind the old city hall building, right across the street from the firehouse.

I will be making a ghostly appearance at the Willow & Main Market (one of my favorite South Jersey haunts!) in Greenwich, Cumberland County, NJ on Saturday afternoon 2-4 pm, October 30th, performing selected readings from my novel, Greenwich: The Final Project.
